Extremely Disappointing

I was extremely disappointed with Blues Traveler. I loved their music growing up and thought seeing them in the Tennessee Theatre would be an awesome experience. I sure was wrong. The fact that blues traveler did not come on stage until 9 was completely ridiculous. The opening act finished at 8 and we just sat there for an hour. This wait was obviously not due to any technical issues as the stage crew had everything set up within about 10 minutes after the opening act had left the stage. The clear disrespect by blues traveler for their fans time was apparent. Not to mention, out of the 5 songs they played before we left, one was a Charlie Daniels song and one was a Tom petty song. If I wanted to hear a cover band play, I could have just gone next door to the local bar. To anyone thinking about going to any of their future shows, you shouldn’t waste your money.

Disappointed

I always love JJ Gray so the opener was fantastic. The last time I saw Blues Traveler they blew me away but this time I was pretty disappointed. Open act left the stage at 8:30, Blues Traveler didn’t not come out until 9:20 PM. John Popper couldn’t get his sound right so there was time wasted for that and then a storm was rolling in but all of a sudden it was “our times up thank you!”. They didn’t even play for a full hour.. maybe 40 minutes total. It was rather disappointing for a 5 hour drive to see this band. I do understand they had a bus crash a day before but if your not up to play be honest and let your fans know.
